FALOODA MIX
Facts
Around 400 BC the Persians invented a special chilled food made using vermicelli and rose water to serve to royalty during summers. This was called Faloodeh. The ice was mixed with fruits, saffron and various other flavours besides rose water. Falooda is used as a dessert on special occasions.
Recipe
Ingredients
Milk - 1 litre
Water - 200 ml
Bakers Elaichi Pista Falooda Mix
Preparation
Take 1 litre of milk in a vessel, add 1 glass of water (200ml) to the vessel containing milk and heat for 2-3 minutes on medium flame
Empty contents of Bakers Elaichi Pista Falooda Mix pack into the milk and boil it while stirring continuously for 10-15 minutes, until the mixture becomes creamy.
Remove the vessel from the flame and allow the mixture to cool.
Refrigerate to chill (Do not deep freeze). Now, your Bakers Falooda Mix is ready to be served.

Facts
Cocoa powder is prepared from the beans of the cacao tree. The beans are fermented, roasted and cracked before the cocoa butter is extracted, leaving a dark brown paste which is dried and ground into cocoa powder.
It is used in making everything from baked goods to savoury dishes. It is a key ingredient in preparing chocolate confectioneries, chocolate cakes, chocolate drinks and any other chocolate based goodies like choco flakes, choco chips and cookies.
Directions for use
You can dissolve the cocoa powder in milk, warm water or use as it is according to the method of preparation mentioned in your recipe.
